We at WinZip want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services.

If for some reason you are not happy with your recent WinZip purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to cancel and refund your order.

    Once your refund is processed, you should see the amount credited back to you in 24 hours or up to 5 business days in case of wire transfers.

  • How to cancel your subscription (automatic renewal)

    Your software subscription automatically renews every year to ensure you have continuous access to your WinZip software.

    If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the software, you can cancel your subscription at any time. This will end any automatic renewals or billings of your subscription.

    To cancel your subscription, please locate your order confirmation email and click on the Cancel your subscription for "Software Name” link to proceed with the cancellation.
